The theme of this year’s Summer Women’s Retreat is play and creativity.

You are invited to join an intimate group of women for three days of summer sweetness—an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with a deeper sense of joy, curiosity, and wonder.

Play is a powerful teacher. It invites courage, opens pathways for connection, and allows us to explore ourselves in ways that feel both light and meaningful. Through art, music, movement, time in nature, and shared experience, we will create space to soften, explore, and follow what feels alive.

The intention of this retreat is to meet playfulness not just as something fun, but as a doorway into deeper self-inquiry and feeling. Together, we will explore questions such as:

  • Where do I experience true joy in my life?

  • What walls do I put up that limit my sense of play, freedom, or expression?

  • What does my relationship to playfulness reveal about me?

  • How can I invite more wonder and aliveness into my everyday life?

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to show up with curiosity and an openness to explore.

Welcome

Magic is at our fingertips if only we know how to reach for it. Since childhood I have been following the quiet call of wildness and wonder down the path to a more enchanted life. In this time I have stepped humbly into my role as a gatherer - someone who takes deep care to bring people back to themselves and one another. I want you to fall in love with this life: the highs and lows, the silly and the sacred. Through ceremony, ritual, mindfulness, movement, and voice we can weave an intricate, abiding relationship to ourselves and the world around us.

My Offerings

In these in-person circles, women gather to pause, reflect, and reconnect. With a blend of ritual, journaling, and open sharing, each circle offers a space to be witnessed, to belong, and to be held in community. Circles are open to all women and take place regularly at Juniper Stones in Downtown Redding

Retreats and special events offer extended time to step away from daily life and drop into deeper connection—with yourself, with others, and with the rhythms of nature. These immersive gatherings weave together ritual, rest, creative expression, and community. Whether it’s a full-day event or a weekend retreat, each one is designed with care to nourish your inner life and honor the season you’re in.

These custom women’s retreats are for existing groups — circles, book clubs, long-time friends, mothers’ groups, creative collectives — who want to intentionally deepen connection, mark a transition, or spend meaningful time together. I come in as a guest facilitator, designing and guiding a retreat specifically for your group, your relationships, and the season you’re in.
