Dear one, you are invited to gather for a weekend of connection on the beautiful shores of the Salish Sea in Western Washington. Join a group of mythic women to explore the rich themes of Springtime: renewal, growth, resilience, fertility of mind and spirit, and much more. Summer Sit Spots | Mondays July 15th-August 5th, 2024

One of my favorite ways to connect with nature is through a practice called a Sit Spot. A Sit Spot is a place in nature that you return to again and again over a period of time in order to observe the changes throughout a week, month, season, or year. Engage with nature through journaling, art, and your five senses to deeply experience the place you have chosen. I will be offering a free, guided Summer Sit Spot experience every Monday from 6:00-7:15 pm July 15th-August 5th at Boeing Creek Park in Shoreline. We will meet at 6:00 pm sharp at the 3rd Ave entrance (link to exact location here). Please bring a notebook, something to write with, comfortable shoes, and a sense of adventure. The terrain at this park can be steep and uneven in some places so you must be comfortable navigating this kind of landscape. I recommend trying to come to all four session but if you’re only able to drop in now and then that’s totally fine! You can reply here if you’d like to join or just meet me at the park. No registration necessary.
